The sinking of the Titanic.

It was 11:40 pm of April 14, 1912, 2,240 passengers and crew where on
a liner ship called the RMS Titanic. The Titanic was Heading to New York
City, United States when it crashed into an iceberg in the North Atlantic
Ocean, only about 700 people out of that 2,240 survived the crash.
News corporations like New York Times, Guardian, Chicago Record
Herald, Daily Mirror coved the news of the Titanic sinking at its time.
New York Times published an article with the headline "The Titanic Is
Sunk, With Great Loss of Life". Guardian Reported the sinking of the
Titanic on its maiden voyage on April 16, 1912. And The Daily Mirror
Published an edition on April 20, 1912, showing a photo of relatives
awaiting news of survivors.
The news was commonly spared by telegraphs, photographs, wire
Services and On-Ship Newspaper from the Atlantic Daily Bulletin.
