About the Journal
The Journal of University of Anbar for Pure Science (JUAPS), established in 2007, is an open
access, peer-reviewed journal published by the College of Science, University of Anbar, Iraq.
JUAPS is indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, Crossref, IASJ, and Google Scholar.
Currently, JUAPS publishes two issues per year (June & December). Starting in 2026, the journal
will expand to three issues annually:
• April
• August
• December
Disciplines covered include:
Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Biotechnology, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Nanotechnology,
Mathematics & Computer Science.
