Key Activity
Ensure employees receive safety training and hazard awareness
Manage daily HSSE matters for operations and facilities
Conduct workplace inspections and compliance checks
Communicate hazards and implement risk controls
Investigate incidents/accidents and identify root causes
Write investigation reports and track corrective actions
Adhere to and maintain company HSE‑MS policies/procedures
Draft/review HSE policies and procedures with management
Near‑miss reporting and trending
Provide training on safe work practices (toolbox talks, staff
inductions)
Maintain injury/illness records and analyze patterns
Ensure compliance with internal/external HSE requirements
Conduct visitor safety induction
Exercise Stop‑Work Authority on unsafe acts/conditions
Chemical compliance: import permits, MSDS, and safe disposal of
toxic waste
Maintain MSDS for all chemicals used on site
Random inspections in Finished Goods warehouse (Jefnin)
Submit monthly KPI report and HSE Dashboard
Cross‑department communication with Production and others
Other HSE assignments from Group QHSE In‑Charge
