S1 - Disruptive Thought of the Week
Comparing today’s economy to the 1700s, exceptional differences can be seen.
Brainstorming the reasons behind the reasons, showed that the integration of trade and
development in infrastructure played a vast role in economic growth, bringing it to 3% from
0.1% of stagnated economic growth. The integration of Ai in today's economy will play a
major role in increasing the economic growth to 6-8%. This type of development will open
many new opportunities, including less time for payments to get accepted if countries are
trading outside their respective alliances. More job opportunities will open for welleducated people; Companies may benefit from more efficient and cheaper labor in
comparison to humans. On the other hand, developing countries may struggle integrating
with Ai which may cause disruption in day to day working due to insufficient energy to
power the facilities or trouble having stable internet connection. These points will be
discussed below.

As countries trade internationally, the central bank tends to take time to make sure
if the payments are meeting the regulations their country made or follows. By the
implementation the speed of transactions will be cut in half. Which will overall
speed up the cash flow
The integration of Ai will help discover new jobs for an educated population as Ai
opens new sectors in the economy that weren’t able to work out due to
technological constraints. Allow more companies to expand their business into new
sectors therefore creating more job opportunities. This could be further research on
space or underwater resorts handled by Ai cooperated by humans.
As Ai is more efficient and faster than human labor. The cost of producing goods will
lower, making things either cheaper or stay the same due to companies willing to
gain more profit.
Developing countries who still have problems with minimal infrastructure may be
suffering a lot as integration of Ai will be impossible due to ongoing conflicts or due
to corruption. Even Ai companies forced to not provide services due to ongoing
sanctions.
