Logic behind the activity Name: “AdMark Digital Showdown"
The word AdMark combines aspects of advertising ("Ad") and marketing ("Mark"), emphasizing the
contest's focus on creating digital advertisements that excel in marketing effectiveness. The term
"Showdown" adds a dynamic and competitive edge, suggesting excitement and a high level of skill
and creativity among participants.
Objective
This workshop aims to empower participants with the creativity, technical skills, and strategic
mindset needed to create impactful digital advertisements and posters that drive engagement and
brand growth.
Theme: Innovate: Fueling Digital Marketing Through Creativity
Contest Categories:
1. Video Advertisements: Videos promoting a product, service, or idea.
2. Digital Poster Advertisements: Static digital posters/banners designed for promotional
purposes.
Eligibility
• Open to all senior high school students (Grades 11 & 12), enrolled in the current academic
year 2024-2025.
• Participants may join as individuals or in teams of up to eight (8) members.
• Each participant or team may submit one entry in each category (digital video and digital
poster), for a total of two entries.

Video length should be within 30 – 180 seconds only.
Format: MP4
Resolution: Minimum resolution of 1080p Full HD (1920x1080 px).
Videos must be an original idea of the participants and not previously
published. They should be appropriate for all audiences and free from explicit
content.
Important note: All video advertisements must be entirely conceptualized, filmed, edited,
and produced by the student participants. Any form of professional assistance, whether in
scriptwriting, filming, editing, graphic design, animation, or audio production—is strictly
prohibited. The use of AI-generated content, pre-made templates, or third-party production
services is not allowed. Participants may use standard editing software, but the final output
must reflect their own skills and creativity. Any violation of this rule will result in
disqualification.
5. Language: The advertisement may use English, Filipino or both (Taglish) languages.
6. Content must not contain misleading or false claims.
7. Participants must create a video advertisement that aligns with theme and promotes a
positive message.
8. A maximum of ten (10) video advertisements will be accepted to participate in the contest,
on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submission Procedure
1. Participants must register on or before Feb. 25, 2025. A registration fee of P150
if individual and P100 per member if group or team is required.
2. The entry must be uploaded to Google Drive and submitted through the designated
submission platform on the Junior Philippine Marketing Association UNO-R Chapter page
by 11:30 PM on March 6, 2025.
Format for FILE NAME:
NAME/TEAM NAME_SCHOOL_VIDEO AD
3. Each submission must be accompanied by a brief description explaining the concept and
message of the ad.
Rules & Disqualification
1. All entries must be original and not previously published.
2. Plagiarism and use of AI-generated content will result in disqualification.
3. Entries must not contain offensive, political, or inappropriate content.
4. The organizers reserve the right to use submitted works for promotional purposes.
Digital Poster Advertisements
1. Posters must align with the theme: "Innovate: Fueling Digital Marketing through Creativity."
2. Size: Poster must be created in A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inches) or 1080px x 1920px (portrait format
for digital platforms).
3. Resolution: 300 DPI for A3, or a high-resolution 1080p (minimum) for digital use.
4. Must include original elements (no copyrighted images or templates) only.
Important note: All digital posters must be entirely conceptualized, designed, and created by
the student participants. Any form of professional assistance—including graphic design, image
editing, or illustration—is strictly prohibited. The use of AI-generated content, stock templates,
or third-party design services is not allowed. Participants may use standard design software,
but the final output must showcase their own creativity and skills. Failure to comply with these
rules will result in disqualification.

Language: The text should be in English or Filipino, with clear, legible fonts
Stock images must be royalty-free or properly licensed, with attribution if required.
Posters must not contain misleading or false claims.
A maximum of ten (10) digital posters will be accepted to participate in the contest, on a firstcome, first-served basis.
10. Contestants must present a 5–10-minute pitch showcasing their digital poster and its
marketability. Pitch presentation guidelines will be sent out separately to the assigned
presenter. Kindly coordinate with the organizers.

Terms and Conditions (For Digital Poster and Video Ad entries)
1. Entries must be the original work of the participant/team.
2. By joining the contest, participants grant the Junior Philippine Marketing Association
UNO-R Chapter the right to use their submissions for promotional purposes.
3. The Junior Philippine Marketing Association reserves the right to disqualify any entry that
does not adhere to the contest guidelines.
4. Decisions made by the judging panel are final and irrevocable.
