Objectives: 1. To examine the characteristics that allows Mr. Hudson to become a successful entrepreneur. 2. Describe some significant historical events in the start and existence of the Hudson’s tutoring venture. 3. To learn the role of creativity and innovation in starting and managing of Hudson’s tutoring venture. 5 Data collection The researchers used both primary and secondary sources. The primary source was collected through an interview with Mr Hudson on November 25, 2024, using the online platform Google Meet. The interview was composed of 15 questions, with both open-ended and closed-ended formats, thus allowing for the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data provided in-depth insights into Mr Hudson’s perceptions and experiences, while the quantitative data enabled the assessment of particular aspects of his tutoring methodologies and their effectiveness. The secondary source was an article from the Jamaica Observer titled "Education Transformation: Teaching and Learning Can No Longer be the same." The application of these methodologies was justified, as it provided a complete understanding of the topic by collecting first-hand information and complementing it with available literature. However, the limitations were the possibility of bias in the responses obtained from the interview and limited generalizability, as the data were mainly reflective of the perspective of a single person and one article, which may not reflect the full scope of the educational environment. 6 Presentation of Interview Report Mind set Name and description of business venture: 1. The company offers personalized, one-on-one, or small group tutoring sessions that are geared to each student's specific learning needs.
