○ Values: The core principles or beliefs that guide the activity and actions of the
chapter
○ Vision: Aspirations of the chapter and where it aims to be in the future

○ Mission: Defines chapters purpose, what it does, and who it serves
**Each category is deliberated in small groups and presented to the room.
**Create a master definition of our value, vision, and mission before proceeding into the SWOT
exercise

● SWOT Analysis
● Invite into discussion to create a SWOT chart (20 minutes)
● **Have your own list to present ideas/alternatives
2:30 - 3:30
● Topic discussion groups
● **Present topics one at a time and invite group discussions. Revisit the entire room and
discuss after each topic.
1. Taking better care of house and outside grounds
a. Who will do what to clean, decorate, repair, or discard stuff

a. Dues, encourage volunteering, service hours
