1. Scope
Define the scope of testing for this project. Include the features to be tested, the features not
to be tested, and the objectives of the testing effort.
2. Test Strategy
Describe the overall approach to testing. Specify the types of testing (e.g., functional,
regression, exploratory, performance), levels of testing, entry/exit criteria, and test data
requirements.
3. Tools
List the testing tools and environments to be used (e.g., Tosca, Cypress, Selenium, Postman,
Jira, qTest, Confluence). Specify their purpose in the testing process.
4. Timeline
Provide an estimated schedule for testing activities, including preparation, execution, defect
fixing, regression, and final sign-off. Add milestones where necessary.
