،إذ ﺗﺆﻛﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﮭﺎ اﻟﺘﺎم واﻟﻮاﺿﺢ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺒﺎدئ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺎم ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ اﺗﺤﺎدھﺎ
،و إذ ﺗﻌﻲ أھﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺸﺎور ﺑﯿﻨﮭﺎ ﺣﻮل اﻟﻘﻀﺎﯾﺎ اﻟﺴﯿﺎﺳﯿﺔ اﻟﺮاھﻨﺔ
،وإذ ﺗﺪرك أن اﻟﺘﺰاﻣﮭﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺮارات اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ ھﻲ اﻟﺴﺒﯿﻞ اﻷﻣﺜﻞ ﻟﻮﺣﺪﺗﮭﺎ

comprehensive trade relations between their two countries,
Being desirous to strengthen further the existing financial cooperation in
all areas,

Combine their efforts to deal with the current financial crisis in Europe,
Establish a sound financial system to control all financial institutions in
Europe,
Grant the Ministers of Finance of the Member States in the Euro Zone
full authority to impose penalties on European financial institutions that
fall short of the system,

agreement on youth affairs and tolerance between their two countries,

Reiterating their resolve to implement all international conventions on human rights in all parts

Establish a multinational committee whose task is to follow up on the implementation of all
international resolutions and conventions on human rights,
Grant the ministers of justice full authority to take appropriate measures against those United
Nations Member States that violate human rights,

international resolutions and conventions on human rights,
Grant the ministers of justice full authority to take appropriate measures against those United
Nations Member States that violate human rights,

Realizing that commitment to all existing international agreements about water resources is
the surest means to peace, stability and development,
Recalling their meeting of 2021 in Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the two
Memoranda of Understanding they signed,
Have agreed on the following articles:
Grant Minsters of Foreign Affairs full authority to implement the United Nations resolutions
38 and 92 on the fair share of water resources in the region,
Form a committee whose task is to set the scene for a comprehensive agreement between
them about the protection of Tigris and Euphrates rivers,
This agreement (GOL, GOI, GOS, 63/2019) was signed in Amman, Kingdom of Jordan, in
three Arabic original copies.
