Information about hardware and how to install new hardware units will be explained in this document. Besides, this document will mention the step by step for reconfigure dual DUW onsite. 2. Hardware: Expanding 3x3 for RBS6601 by adding 2nd DUW. Materials required: – 2nd MU RBS6601 (Included 01 DUW 31). – IDL cable (RPM 777 263). – F to F cable (RPM 777 279). – EC Bus cable from port AUX of 1st DUW to port EC X of 2nd MU RBS6601. But not yet connect IDL cable and link cable from port F to F at the both DUWs. At hyper terminal will appear a message “Disks are synchronized”. & at 1st DUW will see the 2nd DUW status is “PassiveReady”. - When Synchronization process is completed ---> Create a new CV with “startable” usage ---> perform restart Node B (It take about 2 mins).
