Achievement God New Year Resolutions : New Year Resoulotions Are Bullshit : at the end of the year I went to a restaurant in fargo. It was packed with people . they all were rested , you can see they don’t have vision and ambition . they don’t have anything to do . they just wasting time there . Then at the end minutes of year they going to set resoloutions of the year . they do that because they think they have to do that and if they don’t they miss something so important.they want to use advantage of their last 48 hours of the year .thats why resolutions are bullshits and wont happen, because you are not emotionally attached to it there is no vision and energy behind it . its just something you do the last minute of year because you are used to do it so . 90% of people who set resolution for getting fit wont show up in the gym after a month . So achievement god is someone who script his life with passion and vision and wont do it because he want to use advantage of the last 24 hours remaining to new year. REFLECT : 1.Write down your 10 biggest accomplishments of past year . The reason I like these exercise is we are always focused on attacking our vision and going forward but we never take time to see what we have done . when you see what you’ve done,it will give you confidence . we are so busy so we don’t have time to reflect what we have done When you are in the great dominating state the ideas and your thinking will be much higher and bigger than when you are not in that mood So before we go forward get yourself in a great state . dominating , champion state . 2.List 5 more (we tend to forget) : it may be big or little . as little as avoiding to eat something or removing someone from your life or … 3.Record Video , Save for next time we do this together : take your phone and record a video you talking about the accomplishment you made , it’s a motivational self talk . you create a achievement record every year and every year you see what you did in the last year by doing so. Its achievement database . talk about how much you love what you did what emotions you had and … 4-Circle the 3 that seemed the most impossible : look at those 15 items and circle top 3 unbelievable things you did. Things you didn’t believe you could do before you made it . 5-write the 3 general/biggest steps that you took to make those things that seemed impossible at some point to come to fruition . to become real . Do you see any patterns in those 3 ? what is the same in all those three . Take The Imperfect Action: Many people don’t take action until anything is perfect . Just Hammer that belief . Take imperfect Action and Findout as you go through . The things and the patterns you used to achieve the impossible things last year are the patterns and things that help you to achieve the impossible ones this year. These patterns are your Map to achieve the impossible things in your life. Overstimate 1 year , underestimate 5 years : you will overstimate what you would achieve in one year but understimate what you can achieve in 5 years . go high but not too high. 10 Categories : Pysical/health , Relationships,Wealth, Savings,Emotional Bank Account/Authenticity/Character , Intellectual , Contribution , Sexual expression and skillset , Creative , Play And Fun , Spiritual/Grounding , Expriences 2-Choose your top 4 Choose from the top categories and big areas for example physical and health , relationships,wealth are 3 top domains so choose from it . these are top 3 but I want you to select one more from other domains . Now Re-Read it . Free-List : Why you MUST and Why you WILL achieve these goals. If you achieve these goals how you will feel? Whats gonna happen as a result of this? How this is going to change your life ? how will people respond to you differently? How you will respond to yourself differently? When you look at the mirror how would you feel and think about yourself? This will help you to crush problems and obstacles like hammer. 3.The Shadow NoteCard : its with you all the time like shadows . you go to the bathroom It will be there . when you banging a girl and she screams its with you. It will be there all the time. What goes on that notecard? Your top 4 goals you just wrote down. You create your life , first you script it like a director and then as a world winning actor you act it out . you live it you experience it and enjoy it and then you go back and talk about your awesome life. A goal is just an important task you set for yourself nothing more. The draining power of incomplete tasks :When things don’t get done it calls incomplete tasks and it drains energy . GIANT REALIZATION : Low status vs High Status Achievement Gods (Which one are you?) : low status people look at the incomplete tasks as a story that describe their personality . High Status people see incomplete task as a incomplete task and incompletation as incompletation nothing more . no Stories Exercise : What was a big goal you’ve set in the past but didn’t complete? INCOMPLETE TASKS We are now talking about the reasons the tasks become incomplete . to be clear about incomplete tasks . 1.Friction : Example : FOTL (Fear of the label) holds you back from making more . 2.Disconnet : The Chienese Whispers problem . you simply forget why you wanted to achieve this goal at the first place . you really motivated and inspired when you set it up but after a while you forget about it . 3.Other Sterams : Example : Leaving Basketball. We divide a year into 4 quarters . when we bite things up we are laser focus and just focus on what we have to do in each quarter . Outcome Chunks Fo your TOP 4 Health , Wealth , Relationships , Other : Breaking it down into 4 editble bites , it looks like what? Q1 : MILESTONES : Signs along the way that let you know the food is going down . something that will show you your strategy is working and you are working forward. Its making sure elephant is being digested. 3 for each chunk Example : Chunk : Lose 10 lbs of body fat in Quarter 1 3 Smaller steps at 3 week intervals , what might those look like? 25% complete each time Milestone 1 :2.5 lbs at week 3 Milestone 2 : 5 lbs at week 6 Milestone 3 : 7.5 lbs at week 9 MAKING SH*T HAPPEN : THE STRATEGY : what is the best strategy ? I don’t know what it is . the strategy that Is most effective is the one you consisted . as long as you meet your checkpoints. How to find strategy : Coach,Mentor,Research(Google w/caution),Environment,Kaizen, And schedule these things into your calendar THE AFTER-ACTION REVIEW : The 2-week AAR (After Action Review) – every other Sunday : every 2 weeks you have to do the after action review STEPS : 1.Review your 4 big picture goals here first 2.review the chunk – what is the 2 week milestone for this category? 3.Review the milestone – what is the milestone for this chunk? Are we on schedule , ahead of schedule or behind schedule ? 4.review the strategy :is this the correct protocol? Are we missing something? Does something need to be added or deleted? Who could we reach out to for input , guidance , advice m know how or support? 5.Schedule the strategy in again for next two weeks : we are going to update the strategy and put it on calendar again 6.Schedule next aar two weeks from now . 7.Reward yourself These aknowledge are fair advantage because anybody can do that . these are the things I only talk about in brotherhood and nowhere else. THE 1-WEEK AAR : 1.review goals from the denary – whats missing? Need more of ? needs attention ? to be scheduled? Have fun . enjoy 2.map out kaizen for week : anyone can be world class expert at any field if he has dedicated to study that for an hour for 3 years . 3.90 Day Checklist :things you want to do at least 1-3 times in the following 90 days . it maybe be Attending a seminar or … JC Personal Checklist A)Big Things you do NOT want to miss – Can include stuff drom the denary too . B)Skill Acquisition Weekend 3x Every 90 : I want to master some skills but I don’t want me to take 3 years to master it I wanna master it in 3 days . if you dedicate 1 hour/day for 60 days that’s 60 hours for 60 days but if you dedicate to do 25-30 hours of training in 3 days you will gain it in just a weekend . what I do is I pay a coach , master , a coaching program etc. … C).IRT 2x every 90 : I need to trip somewhere 2 times every 90 days . D).Team Retreat every 90 E) going somewhere with large group of friends every 90 F)Magic moments of the week : what were they? What have I learned? What can be recreated? Made even better and greater and more expensive? Schedule 1 right now 4-Map out other things important to my weeks: Ex : walks M/W/F , Meditation classes T/Th, Hanging out with really smart people 2x this week , Shedule at least 2 fun focused blocks, walk and read (or listen ) (1hour a night) 5-Reward Yourself COMMON PROBLEMS Not sticking to it? 1.remove all friction : examples : tanning bed : I used a tanning bed it took so long to go and take a time so I bought a tanning bed in my home and now it takes so much less time , supplements , forgetting to journal , leave it on pillow with pen open . 2.The Rule of 3 : anytime you are so tired or it is hard for you and it holds lot of pressure on you do this 1.Just do 3 small things , or 3 mins . if you don’t want to keep going after that , fine stop. Because you did that 3 mins or 3 small things it build momentum and It will lead you to finish that shit . WHAT TO DO NOW CONGRATULATIONS – You are Already in-Motion : instead of people without any purpose you have vision you have goals you know what you want to do with your life , you have all the tools , you have the system in place for excecution .
