Start the Design
• Click “File”, “New Design”, “Create Sketch”
• Click on the “X-Y plane”.
• Click “2-point Rectangle” or “R”.
• Click point #1, Move, and Click point #2; ESC
• Click “Sketch Dimension” or “D”.
• Click on an edge, pull out, and type 42.
• Click on another edge, pull out, and type 32.

• Two ways to leave a mode (R, L, D, Orbit, Pan, ...)
◦ Push “ESC” on keyboard
◦ Click “Select”
• Three ways to change the view:
◦ The Cube on top right corner

• Click “Fillet”.
• Click two lines.
• Type 4 (radius); Enter.
• Click Undo to original rectangle.
• Click “Fillet”.
• Click 4 corner points instead of lines.
• Type 4 (radius); Enter.

• Click the edge of the rectangle
• Type “-1”; Enter

• Try “Copy” and “Paste” to make a copy.
• Try to change the size of original one and see if the new one changes.
• Try another way to copy ：
◦ Click “Create”
◦ Click “Rectangular Pattern”
◦ Change “Quantity” to 2 and 1
◦ Change “Distance” to 52
• Try to change the size of original one and see if the new one changes.
• Note there is no dimensions on the new one.

Start the Design
• Click the home icon at top right corner.
• Click “Extrude”.
• For the left part:
◦ Click inside edge; type 2; Enter.
◦ Click middle edge; type 120; Enter.
◦ Click outside edge; type 100; Enter.
• For the right part:
◦ Click inside edge; type 2; Enter.
◦ Click middle edge; type 20; Enter.
◦ Click outside edge; type 40; Enter.

Start the Design
• Hide Body 1 and Body 2.
• Unhide Sketch.
• Right click Sketch1 and click “Edit Sketch”.
• Change side of the parts.
• Go back to 3D and see the changes.
• Change back the size.
• Click “File”, “Save” to save the file to cloud.
• Click “File”, export, “.stl” to save the file locally.
