Task 1: Identifying customer problems
Task description:
Working collaboratively, use market research strategies to collect, interpret and analyse data that
seeks to confirm and/or clarify your chosen problem. The questions, and subsequent findings,
need to address the Who, What, When, Where and Why of your problem and generate both
quantitative and qualitative data.
Your group needs to create a one-page report summarising the key findings from your research.
The report should include both graphs and written analysis to communicate your findings.
Both your report and the raw data (exported to Excel) needs to be uploaded to Canvas by the due
date.
