The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 is a national-level entrance exam conducted for
admission into MBA/PGDM programs at IIMs and other top B-schools. Every year, lakhs of
students appear for this exam as it is the gateway to prestigious management institutes like
IIM Ahmedabad, IIBS Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, as well as top private colleges such as MDI
Gurgaon, FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, and IIFT

The expected date is November 2025 (last Sunday). The official notification will be released
in July/August 2025.
Q2. What is the eligibility for CAT 2025?
Candidates must have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for
SC/ST/PwD). Final-year students are also eligible to apply.
Q3. How can I apply for CAT 2025?
The registration process is conducted online through the official IIM CAT website (iimcat.ac.in).
