The activity resulted to:
Successfully conducted the election of the General
Parent-Teacher Association (GPTA) officers for the
School Year 2025–2026.
A complete set of officers was elected and formally
proclaimed, with representation from various grade
levels.
The newly elected officers are expected to collaborate
closely with the school administration in implementing
programs and activities that promote student welfare,
academic excellence, and community involvement.
The election process was monitored by the school
principal, designated teachers, and grade-level parent
representatives. Pre-election activities, including the
orientation of candidates and dissemination of
guidelines, were carried out as scheduled. The venue
was properly arranged. Ballots were distributed and
collected in an organized manner, and vote counting
was conducted transparently in the presence of
selected parent witnesses.
A significant number of parents/guardians from each
grade level were in attendance, reflecting a strong
interest and involvement in school governance.
No complaints or irregularities were reported. The

The program started and ended on time. All officers
were proclaimed on the same day, and
documentation was properly completed.
Parents expressed appreciation for the organized
conduct of the event and the opportunity to be
involved in school matters.
Some grade levels had lower parental turnout, which
affected the full representation of all sections during
the election.
A few parents arrived late, missing the orientation or
initial voting instructions, which caused minor delays.
Continue early dissemination of information to
encourage wider participation.
Utilize digital tools (e.g., Google Forms, SMS alerts)
for reminders and feedback collection.
Conduct a brief capacity-building orientation for
newly elected officers to ensure their roles and
responsibilities are clearly understood.
