 
                                ACTION PLAN FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACADEMIC RECOVERY AND ACCESSIBLE LEARNING (ARAL) PROGRAM SY 2025–2026 OBJECTIVES PRE-PLANNING STAGE ACTIVITIES   Conduct Beginning of School Year (BOSY) o Assess readiness across five domains: 1. Learner Readiness (Phil-IRI results, roster) Analyze results to categorize learners: o Independent o Instructional o Frustration 1.
