🎤 Script – Slide 1: CLAIM
I will start with the claim process.
There are clear deadlines:
3 days for shortage or packaging issues,
7 days for visible defects,
and 30 days for hidden defects—if stored at or below -18°C.
If the claim is valid and the problem happened before loading, the Seller can—by agreement—
either replace the goods, give a refund, or reduce the price.
But the Buyer must keep the goods in original condition, store them properly, and allow
inspection.
If not, the Seller can reject the claim.
🎤 Script – Slide 2: WARRANTY
Now let’s look at warranty
The goods are guaranteed for 30 days from arrival, if stored at -18°C or below.
But in any case, the maximum warranty is 80 days from loading.
No warranty applies if the damage is due to improper storage or thawing after arrival.
If the defect happened before loading, the Seller may choose to replace, refund, or adjust the
price—by agreement.
However, if the damage is caused by the Buyer, third parties, or delays in use, the Seller is not
responsible.
If the claim is valid, the Seller pays for transport.
If not, the Buyer covers all costs.
The Buyer also pays inspection costs upfront and gets refunded only if the claim is confirmed.
