temperatures and weather patterns.
The Philippines is highly vulnerable to the
impacts of climate change, including sea
level rise, increased frequency of extreme
weather events, rising temperatures, and
extreme rainfall.

INABILITY TO SPEAK OR
STAND FOR YOURSELF,
