✅ Step 1: Create a Team and Channel
1. Open Microsoft Teams
2. Go to Teams > Create a Team

3. Inside the Team, create a Channel called Daily Checklist

Go to Power Automate
Create 4 Flows (For 8:30, 10:30, 1:30, 3:30)
For each:
1. New Flow > Scheduled cloud flow

Name: Reminder 8:30 Check
o
Time: Daily at 8:30 AM (choose your time zone)
2. Add step: Send message in Teams
o
Message: Hi Team, please complete your 8:30 AM checklist now.
o
Channel: Cleaners Monitoring > Daily Checklist
Repeat for 10:30, 1:30, 3:30.
👀 Step 4: Set End-of-Day Summary Alert for Supervisor
Create another scheduled flow:
1. New Flow > Scheduled cloud flow
o
Name: Supervisor Summary 4:45 PM
o
Time: Daily at 4:45 PM
2. Add Get items from Microsoft Lists (choose your Daily Cleaning Checklist list)
3. Filter today's entries
4. Add Condition:
o
If any item is Not Done or Issue Found
5. If true:
o
Send message to Supervisor in Teams:
"Reminder: Some checklist items were not completed or had issues today.
Please review."
👨💼 Step 5: Supervisor Review Process
Supervisor opens the List tab in the channel
Reviews each row, and marks Supervisor Reviewed as Yes
Can leave comments in the Notes section for staff follow-up
� Optional: Use Forms or Power Apps for Cleaner Input
If your cleaners prefer mobile-friendly input, you can build a simple Power App
or Microsoft Form that feeds into the same List.
🔒 Bonus Tip: Set Permissions
Cleaners: Can edit and add rows
Supervisor: Full control (view, edit, review all)
HR/Admin: View-only
