Oversee and coordinate all academic, operational, and student-related activities across the school to ensure smooth & effective functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily school operations and ensure timely resolution of issues for both on-campus and off-campus.
Coordinate academic and non-academic activities of the school and present in-person.
Serve as the point of contact for teacher and student concerns.
Support and monitor teacher adherence to school policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth communication between school management and teachers.
Supervise school-wide events and special programmes of the school and present in-person.
Conduct in teacher performance reviews and professional development planning from time to time.
Ensure quality of teaching and learning across all grade levels by overseeing instructional strategies
Monitor student academic progress using data-drive insights and initiate improvement plans when necessary
Lead the development/ implementation of academic policies & standards aligned with both Cambridge & Myanmar curricula.
Lead weekly academic leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on decisions
Mentor and support lead teachers to drive instructional excellence and collaboration.
Organize regular parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and school communication strategies.
Work with Directors to set and implement school-wide goals, track performance indicators, and report on progress.
Lead school improvement initiatives and contribute to accreditation or inspection readiness.

Scope of Work
Responsible for development of curriculum and school-wide academic coordination.
Manage teacher-related performance, conduct, and daily issues.
Handle student-related disciplinary and welfare matters.
Oversee timetabling, scheduling, dedicated assignments and duty rosters.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Finance teams as needed.
SLA/KPI
Respond to Directors, CEO, and COO promptly and teachers, staff, student related issues within 24 hours.
Ensure 95% compliance to school operational schedules.
Zero unresolved escalations beyond 2 working days.
Monthly performance review reports submitted on time.
At least one professional development session arranged monthly basis.
Delegation of Authority
Can make decisions on school-wide daily operations.
Authorized to handle and resolve student and teacher issues/ inquries/ complaints.
May approve operational and academic adjustments within school calendar.
Can delegate and assign responsibilities to teachers for smooth dialy operations/ programs/ project.
Escalation Process
Escalate unresolved or high-risk issues to the COO for guidance.
Notify the CEO of critical school-wide or reputational matters immediately.
Document and report all escalations and outcomes for recordkeeping.
Consult with the shool advisor for curriculum, placement test, PDs and subject-specific academic matters.
