Elevator Pitch
Hello, my name is Xuan Luc Nguyen or you can call me by Xuan, and I am completing a
Bachelor of Science in General Business online at University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. I also
have experience in business administration and am actively pursuing opportunities to expand my
expertise in management and entrepreneurship. I am interested in a career in business management
and real estate investing, particularly in the retail and property development fields. My goal is to
use my skills to grow businesses efficiently while also exploring investment opportunities in real
estate. I have been involved in various business projects, including managing my online retail
company, CIUS, LLC, where I sell products through Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. I have
developed strong skills in business strategy, financial planning, and e-commerce management. I
have also had an internship position as a business analyst with a local investment firm, where I
gained hands-on experience in market research, financial forecasting, and strategic decisionmaking. Through this, I discovered that I really enjoy analyzing trends and making smart
investment decisions that lead to sustainable growth. Could you tell me more about opportunities
