MBA 320 Organizational Behavior
Summer 2025
Research Paper Topics and Guidelines
Students submit the topics they prefer to the instructor for assignment of the topic. The student
must have an approved topic or the paper will not be accepted.
After the end of week 5, any students without a topic will be assigned a topic by the instructor.
Papers must include a reference page of at least 6 separate current scholarly resources. MLA or
APA format must be used. Also required are a cover sheet and a table of contents. The paper
(not including cover page, table of contents, reference page, or appendices) must be a minimum
of 10 pages but not more than 12 pages.
Use proper grammar and check spelling. Grades will be on quality not quantity.
