Hi, my name is Summer Condarco.
The safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers, and communities is a
priority for me and everyone at Halliburton.
Every employee has a responsibility to ensure we comply fully with applicable HSE laws and
follow the Company’s HSE policies, business practices, and standards. This includes using STOP
work authority if you see a situation that is unsafe and reporting accidents or injury if they
occur.
No one should cover up an accident or injury as a means of achieving safety goals. Doing so is a
direct violation of our code of business conduct and the law, and when we do not follow our
reporting standards we miss the opportunity to learn and improve.
Safety is a matter of commitment by each and every employee — a commitment to process
execution, learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
HSE is one of our guiding principles for sustainability. Sustainability is embedded in our strategy
and is integral to our overall mission.
The Company strives to develop and provide products and services that have minimal
environmental impact and are safe in their intended use; efficient in their consumption of
energy and natural resources; and can be recycled, reused, or disposed of safely.
