RE: Request for Approval of a Book Donation Drive
We are writing to express our support for organizing a Book Donation Drive at Etham School.
As members of this school community, we recognize the importance of providing all students
with access to diverse reading materials.
The objectives of the Book Donation Drive are as follows:
1. Enhance Literacy: Providing students with a variety of books can create a love for reading and
improve literacy rates.
2. Engage the Community: Involving families and local businesses will strengthen our
community and encourage collaboration with our school.
3. Expand Library Resources: Adding new books will improve the school library and offer a
broader range of materials for student use.
We propose the following to activate the Book Donations:
- Set up collection boxes at various locations around the school.
- Promote the initiative through school announcements, newsletters, and social media.
- Encourage participation from students, parents, and community to donate gently used or new
books.
We believe that with your support, we can create a successful Book Donation Drive that will
benefit our students and enrich their journeys at this school.
We request your consideration and approval of this initiative.
