Brief Assignment 1 Severe Cosmetic Surgeries that lead to death.
Cosmetic surgeries are a huge asset to the entertainment industry. Many people get a nose job, a
face lift, Brazilian Butt lifts (BBL’s), or boob jobs done just to look like the trending models.
Cosmetic surgeries have gone from being for the entertainment industry but for the public, all to
look like the everyday model from companies like Victoria's Secret, Channel, and Balenciaga.
1.) South Florida has had 25 BBL deaths between the years 2010 and 2022.

Brief Assignment 2 Here are some changing perspectives to help:
1.)Seeking out counseling: talking to the right licensed professional can be vital to your
mental health, which can change your perspective on how you may see yourself as a
person.
2.)Saying positive self-affirmations: saying positive affirmations daily in front of a mirror,
like I’m beautiful or I’m gorgeous and standing there for 5 minutes while repeating those
affirmations can be beneficial.
3.)Talking to Loved ones: Talking to loved ones who care about you and who want to see
you grow and flourish can be a positive way of expressing how you feel to people who
understand you fully.
