What is a Healthy Lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle means making good choices every day to help your body grow strong, your
mind stay happy, and your heart feel good.
1. Eat Nutritious Food
Choose more fruits, vegetables, and whole foods (like brown rice or oats).
Eat less fried food, candy, and sweet drinks like soda.
Try to stop eating when you're full — your body knows when it's had enough!

2. Move Every Day
Play outside, join a sport, dance, swim, or even walk with your family.
Try to be active for at least 1 hour a day.

3. Sleep Well
Get 9–10 hours of sleep every night.
A well-rested body works better and stays healthier.
4. Take Care of Your Body
Wash your hands, brush your teeth, and keep clean.
Talk to someone if you're feeling sad, angry, or worried. Mental health is important too.
