Exhaust Gas Boiler (EGB)
EGB (Exhaust Gas Boiler) has been installed
to generate steam by using hot exhaust
flue gas exerted from power generator. By
this boiler, steam can be produced without
using any fuel.

Heat Exchanger
Exchanges heat from hot waste water to
cold treated water. It turns cold treated
water into worm water. After Losing heat,
cold waste water passes to ETP through
waste water draining.

Process Heat Exchanging
Cooling water becoming hot by
exchanging heat from dyeing machine &
RF Dryer that are utilizing for mixing
dyes/chemicals.
Reuse of cooling returned water reduces a
significant amount of steam consumption.

Variable Frequency Drives
Variables Frequency drives (VFD) are used in all
drives/ motors to avoid starting torque and reduce
power consumptions as well. The Power Saving
through this is:
Dyeing: 160 KWx8 hrs = 1.28 MW/Day
Drying: 107 KWx10 hrs = 1.1 MW/Day
Winding: 33 KW x22 hrs = 734 KW/Day
Total Power saving: 92.7 MW/Month
25 Kw Photo Voltaic (PV) Solar panel is installed on
the roof top of factory building. These solar energy
converted into electrical power and transferred to
the power distribution network.
Power Generating: 25X10=250 KW/day, 7.5
MW/month.
Integrated Facility
Sunlight during day time: Sunlight using through translucent sheet and glass windowsto avoid power
consumption for illumination purposes in day time. Power Saving: 4.3 KWh x11 hrs = 48.75 KW/day
Energy Efficient Light: LED lights are used in all shop floor and office spaces of factory
Power Saving: 14.07 KW x 24 hrs = 337.5 KWh/day

Effluent Treatment Plant
A biological ETP for treatment of coloured
waste water. This automated waste water
treatment plant converts harmful waste
water into ecologically friendly fresh water
that does not make any harm to aquatic
animals, plants and crops.

Every chemical storage area has
secondary containment for avoiding
unexpected spillage of liquid chemicals
resulting in a safe & hazard-free working
environment in the factory.

Integrated Facility
EGB
Economizer
Economizer used in all boiler to exchange
heat from hot flue gas to feed water. Hence,
it reduces the temperature of hot flue gases
from about 220 0c to 120 0c before releasing
to atmosphere.
Exhaust flue gases carries a significant
amount of heat (About 400 0c). EGB
generates steam by using this hot flue gases
exhausted from power generator. After
releasing heat, this flue gas cools down into
100-1200C
and
before
mixing
with
environment.
