Subject: Request for the Construction of Sepak Takraw Net Pole
Good day!
We, the members of the Sepak Takraw Club, respectfully request your assistance in
endorsing and facilitating the construction of a permanent net pole for our Sepak Takraw
court.
As our club continues to grow in both membership and skill, we are currently facing
challenges in conducting regular training sessions due to the absence of a complete set of
net poles. The original net pole was previously damaged; although we have managed to
repair it, we are still in need of a second pole to ensure proper and safe play.
We believe that the installation of complete and durable net poles will support the club’s
mission to promote discipline, teamwork, and athletic excellence through sports. With
this, we kindly seek your support in forwarding this request to the appropriate school
authorities or offices.
We are truly grateful for your continued guidance and support toward the development of
