The milling and engraving conditions (Spindle Revolution Speed, XYZ Feed-rate, Cut Amount) differ depending on the material you work with. In case of not using the proper milling or engraving conditions, it could result in the following problems. 1. Material melts when working on the resin. 2. Poor accuracy. 3. Broken tool. MEDELA Player has the recommended milling and engraving conditions pre-installed. Please use it as a reference. Surfacing is necessary. The Table of the machine or the surface of the material is not perfectly flat. In case of performing the accurate job, it is necessary to level the surface of the material by performing the surfacing. MODELA Player has a function for Surfacing. Depth Regulator Nose (only with the High Speed Spindle.) Using the depth regulator nose makes it possible to engrave workpiece of nonuniform thickness at same depth.
