RULES & REGULATIONS
This competition is conducted in accordance with the conditions and rules set
by the Organizing Committee of KARiSMA Virtual Edition 2021 Universiti Teknologi
MARA.

ELIGIBILITY OF PLAYERS
2.1
All students are enrolled in full-time courses at Universiti Teknologi MARA
during this competition.
2.2
All students who registered with Universiti Teknologi MARA in the
Academic session during the competition.

REGISTRATION
3.1
Tournaments are held online.
3.2
Team event competition
3.3
Two (2) competition categories, which is men & women.
3.4
Each team can register 6 players (5 players + 1 reserve player)

Team players must be from the same campus.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS
4.1
Game Structure
•
All games will be played in a best of 1 for grouping stage. Best of 3 will
only be played during semi finals and final matches only.

For BO3, maps will be banned until there are only 3 maps left.
Server hosting
•
The server will be hosted by a marshall and will be left after the match
starts.

4.3
During the game
•
Pauses are only available if a player disconnects.
•
Players are free to move around in their own spawns, but they can't do
anything they wouldn't be able to do in a pre-round phase.
•
In the case of player disconnections, the match timer will be paused by
the host for a maximum of 15 minutes until the disconnected player is
reconnected.
•
If the problem appears frequently, then the match must continue without
the player

Players can take over the disconnected player until s(he) returns.
•
A forfeit can be announced by a team by typing “/FF”.
Bugs
•
If any serious bugs occur, the game must be paused immediately, and the
administration decides how to continue. Knowingly abusing a bug is strictly
against rules and regulations.
4.5
Sportmanship
•
An individual will be disqualified if any personal attacks are directed
towards an opposing player or teammate.
•
It is preferred to refrain from using all chat during the duration of the
game.
•
Players need to turn off their in-game party voice chat at all time during
the entire game.
4.6
Cheating
•
If officials sees that an individual is cheating or acting suspicious, a one on
one discussion will be allowed with the individual or individuals.
E.g. Stream sniping, match-fixing, aimbot hack, and etc.
4.7
Tardiness
•
Players or teams are allowed a maximum 5 minutes for tardiness.
•
If a captain is present at a lobby, the team may be 10 minutes late.
•
If the team or players still does not show up after rule 9.1 and 9.2, they
will be disqualified immediately.

Submitting Results
•
Winner will take the screenshot and submit it to the officials thru
whatsapp or discord link
•

After the match, the team must wait for the officials for further instructions.

There will be a 3-minute delay
•
This will be broadcast through YouTube Live and Facebook Live.
