hurts or mistreats another
person on purpose again
and again. It can happen in
anywhere and it’s always
unfair.
What happened?
The real story behind South Korean Series (The Glory)
In 2006, South Korea, A middle school girl fell victim to extreme
bullying by 5 female classmates. They beat her up with metal rods,
burnt her skin with a hot curling iron, and forced her to give them
money. This went on for a whole month before it was discovered, & it
was not common teasing, but violent physical abuse that lest scars,
mentally & physically.

earlier.

effects werent just
physical,
She was left with deep
emotional trauma, fear,
depression, shame. he effects
were so severe that she even
had to transfer schools.

the case became public when pics
of the victims’ injuries were
released. The bullies were arrested
& sent to juvenile court, while a
public outcry pushed for stronger
laws against violence in schools

“Kids being kids”, it
can cause real and
lasting harm.
Schools must take
immediate & strong
actions when bullying
is reported.
Bystanders matter, we
must speak up if we
someone getting hurt.
We all have the choice
to choose kindness
over cruelty.
