the decision, ratio decidendi and extract the important principles on injunction as an
equitable relief.
Students are required to form groups consist of maximum 4-5 members per group.
Conduct a case review on the assigned case. You may insert additional cases in your
review.
Your review must include a. Name of case
b. Identification of parties and their relations
c. Decided by which court (state if it is an appeal
case)

review is subjected to Turnitin less than 20% Similarity Index. Submission due date: 26 June
2025 (Thursday) by 1 pm. Ensure you submit the completed work by the specified date and
time. Late submission, omission, or failure to submit the assignment by the due date and time
due to any reason, including the technical reason for printing, will not be accepted. It will result
in a deduction of marks or a zero mark.
The submission of a complete work (Part A & all Part B of all group’s members) in
