- The teacher will select one student to lead the prayer.
Checking of Attendance
- The teacher will record all absent students.
Review
- The teacher will ask students about their previous lesson and give 5
points to whoever can recall and explain
The teacher will show samples of signs and symbols to the students and let
them share their thoughts about it and ask the following questions to the
students:
- What are other common signs and symbols that you have seen in our
community?
- What do you think is the purpose of these signs?
The students will be grouped into 3.
The teacher will present 15 meanings or implications and let the group
choose the correct letter of presented signs and symbols that matches to it.
Each group will answer alternately.
The teacher will discuss the following:

Abstraction
Traffic or road signs warn you of possible dangers and provide
information. They tell you what the rules are and what the road
conditions are like. They are available as language, images, or
symbols for the safety of everyone.
Prohibition signs specify behavior or actions which are not
permitted. The annulus and slash should be depicted in red over the
action symbol in black. Sign wording is in black lettering on a white
background.
The teacher will show pictures of 3 local places and let the students draw 2
signs and symbols that can possibly be found in each place and present it in
front after.
- Direction: Identify and draw 2 signs and symbols that can possibly be
found in these places. (30pts.)

Assessment
The teacher will let the students get ½ crosswise sheet of paper for a quiz and
let them answer the following:
- Direction: For numbers 1-5 identify and give the meaning of the
following signs and symbols. (NRx2=10)
