Structure of the FE Exam
The Fundamentals of Engineering exam is a computer-based test consisting of 110 questions. The 6hour-long FE exam is held at the NCEES-approved test center. The exam includes multiple-choice and

Nondisclosure agreement (2 minutes)
Tutorial (8 minutes)

FE Exam Eligibility

graduating from an ABET-accredited program are eligible to apply for the FE exam.
