The present perfect tense is used with indefinite time adverbs (like ever, never, already, yet, just,
recently) to talk about actions or experiences that happened at an unspecified time in the past but are
still relevant now.
Structure:
have/has + past participle (V3)
Examples:
•I have already finished my homework.
•Have you ever been to Paris?
•She has just left.
These adverbs don't specify when the action happened—just that it has.
