Peyton has decided on the positions that needed to be added to the organization due to Pie One On’s tremendous growth
over the previous 4-year period. The job descriptions have been developed and now candidates need to be sourced.
Peyton realizes that positions need to be put in place but that it needs to be done strategically. She did not know where
to start and decided to go to the local SBA representative for a conversation. In this conversation, Peyton learned that by
following the basics of the factors used in business planning, she could create a recruitment plan to ensure she’s hiring
the right people for the right positions. Peyton developed the following plan.
