Looting Incidents in the Evacuation Center:
• According to the interviewed volunteers, there were no looting incidents
happened, rather, due to scarcity of food supply, the IDPs compete in
securing food.
Entire Apple High School is Completely Submerged in Flood:
• Based on the observation of the RDANA Team, the school was submerged
to the flood three to five feet from the ground.
Chemical Plant in Residential Area was Heavily Damaged:
• According to the interviewee, the plant was confirmed damage and may
contaminate the flood water.
