SURVEY HEALTH WATCH
REPORTING

In the HealthWatch >> Invitation Ranker report, apply filters and run the report.

Once rendered, the report will display results based on the filters applied:

Sample Size/Invitations Sent columns represent the total survey
invites sent out based on the applied filters. *See note below for additional
details on Sample Size.
# Invitations Failed/Bounceback columns represents the number of
records from the Invitations Sent column that failed or returned to
sender.
•
Invitations Successful column represents the number of survey
invitations to that were successfully sent.
•
Invitations Completed column represent the total number of surveys
completed based on the applied filters.
•
# Reminders Sent column represent the number of Reminder
Invitations that have been sent out. Reminder emails are deployed 5
days after the initial invitations were sent.

Response Rate (%) column represent the calculation of Invitation
Completed counts divided by the Invitations Successful counts.

By clicking on the ellipsis, users can download this report to PDF or Excel.

Click on the chart icon and toggle to view the data set in a trending table format.

By clicking the > to the left of the hotel code/name, the data will render in a
trending graph format.

*NOTE! Effective 20-Dec-2021, HeartBeat survey invites migrated to the Medallia portal. Therefore, the Sample Size
column will only reflect responses from the Medallia invites.
