Target Group
This course is targeted towards any Field Service Technician (FST), Crew
Lead, or Foreman who has not been through a Nokia approved T-mobile
training course.
After the training, the participant should be able to:
 Explain the general goal of the current T-Mobile Project and the
19-base configuration.
 Describe the Nokia AirScale and Flexi BTS Modules for both
tower and ground mounted equipment.
Objectives
 Follow documentation to install and plumb the NOKIA AirScale
and Flexi LTE BTS modules, sub-modules, cables, antenna
system, and related components.
 Review the Customer Service Routers in the two HPL3 cabinets.
Duration
 Understand Safety and Quality standards pertaining to the T-Mobile
project.

Evaluation
Upon completing the training, each participant will need to submit a Go To
Training evaluation form.
Exam
There will be an exam at the end of the course. You must pass with an 80%
or better to receive your L1 status.

Nokia’s Supplier Excellence Program (SEP) training team and will cover T-Mobile’s newest program from
tower top to the ground. We will also review all site related documentation. This training will enable each
