Q wave – depolarization of ventricular septum (myocardium to
epicardium)
ST segment – quiet phase between ventricular depolarization and
repolarization
T wave – ventricular repolarization (epicardium to endocardium)
S wave – ventricular depolarization along Purkinje fibers
(endocardium to epicardium)
R wave – fast ventricular depolarization
