 Emergency Evacuation and Response Procedures
During our recent worksite emergency evacuation mock drill, we conducted training on the proper procedures for rescuing
individuals who may fall or become incapacitated. This training emphasized the importance of knowing whom to notify in such
circumstances.

Rescue Procedures:
o Techniques for safely assisting individuals who have fallen or are in distress.
o Guidelines for providing immediate care while ensuring personal safety.

Notification Protocol:
o Clear instructions on who to inform in the event of an emergency, including supervisors and members of the
site emergency response team.

Head Count Procedures:
o Steps to conduct a head count after the evacuation to account for all personnel and identify anyone who may
be missing.

Emergency Contact Information:
o Training on the emergency numbers for local authorities and relevant services.
o Overview of the site emergency response team and their designated responsibilities.
Conclusion:
The mock drill was successfully executed, reinforcing team preparedness and ensuring everyone understands their roles during
an emergency. Continued training and awareness are essential in maintaining a safe work environment.
 Dust Control and Road Cleaning:
We are continuously implementing dust control measures and maintaining the cleanliness of the roads on-site.
Regular cleaning activities are being conducted to minimize dust generation and ensure a safe and hygienic working
environment for all personnel.
 Hight Work:
We conducted with workers focusing on the critical topic of working at heights.
The training covered key areas such as hazard identification, proper use of fall protection equipment (harnesses,
lanyards, lifelines), ladder safety, scaffolding safety, and emergency procedures.
