OF STROKES AMONG THE POPULATION IN SOUTHERN KYRGYZSTAN

This study aims to analyze acute cerebrovascular accidents (ACVA) occupy priority ranking positions
in the structure of neurological pathologies. The differences and incidence of stroke may be due to climatic
conditions that differ in different regions of Kyrgyzstan.
The purpose of the article is to study the risk of developing cerebral strokeover 4 years under the influence of
meteorological factors for the timely adoption of preventive measures.
Solar activity - a set of phenomena and processes associated with the formation and decay in the solar
atmosphere of strong magnetic fields. Solar spots are areas on the surface of the Sun, which are darker than the
photosphere surrounding them, since in them a strong magnetic field suppresses plasma convection and reduces
its temperature by about 2000 degrees.
One of the most common indicators of solar activity is the number of wolf. The number of wolf ("international
number of solar spots") is a numerical indicator of the number of solar spots. The number of wolf for this day
is calculated according to the formula W = k (F+10G), where W the number of wolf, f is the number of observed
spots, G is the number of groups of observed spots, k is the normalizer coefficient. The normalizing coefficient
K is displayed for each observer and telescope, which allows you to jointly use the wolf numbers found by
different observers.The main outcoming result which we aim to get is the list of different ways of the prevention
of cerebral strokeover in Kyrgyzstan.
