Principle of Microscopic screen :
Microscopic view of micro organism with laser light
Explanation :
* when we pass the laser light to a raw droplet of sample , the
laser light scatters and give a microscopic view in the black screen
* It’s main theme is to show the micro organism that present in
the given sample
* Without the microscope we can see the micro organism and
the bacteria present in the sample with our naked eye
Method of construction
*Take a needed sample and mix the sample with water until the
sample mix well
*Take the syringe and remove the needle and Suck out the sample
*Now push the plunger until the sample comes out like a drop on the tip of the
syringe
*when the droplet comes out stop pushing the plunger
*Now take the laser and pass the laser light through the droplet
* Now you can see the micro organism on the black screen

The sample of bacteria and germ that present in our hand
The bacteria and germ may be harmful to our health
Sample 2 : Milk
Bacteria present in milk as follows :
->Lactic acid bacteria , Toliform bacteria , E. coli O 157 , Streptococcus,
Staphylococcus Aureus
Sample 3 : Yeast
Bacteria present in Yeast :
*Streptococcus , Propionibacterium , Firmicutes ,
Actinobacteria
Result :
The microscopic view clearly visible in the black screen
