STAGE Identification 1: Problem Problem description: ▪︎High unemployment has become a pervasive issue around the school community which has been caused by limited economic activities and lack of entrepreneurship around the society and also insufficient skill development as they is inadequate training and skill development programs around the society. Despite efforts to address the problem,unemployment rates remain high leading to economic stagnation and social concerns. Alternatively the high unemployment rate had resulted in reduced consumer spending , poverty around the Silveira society and also an increased dependence on school support systems. ▪︎How l intend to solve the problem: To address the problem of high unemployment in the school society, this project will employ a combination of theoretical and practical approaches. Specifically: 1.Literature Review: A comprehensive review of existing research on fiscal and monetary policy interventions will be conducted to identify effective strategies for addressing unemployment. 2.Data Analysis:Relevant data on the school society's economy, including unemployment rates, GDP growth, and inflation, will be collected and analyzed to understand the underlying causes of unemployment. 3.Policy Design:Based on the literature review and data analysis, a set of fiscal and monetary policy interventions will be designed to address the specific challenges facing the school society. By conducting in-depth interviews, we gained a richer understanding of the issue of unemployment in the school society and gather detailed insights into the potential effectiveness of the proposed interventions.
