Congratulations on joining the GMI mentorship program and
working to develop your professional skills!
Over the course of this program your mentor will guide you in
the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in your career.
By the end of the program, you will have a professional business
network established and be ready to begin your career.
Your Commitment to Succeed
12 one-hour sessions on days agreed by you and your mentor.
Over 10,000 GMI students in 92 countries.
Complete all GMI assigned activities to prepare you for your
first career job.
Complete the post-mentorship survey to measure progress.
Post-mentorship follow-up with GMI at 6 months, 12 months,
and 24 months.
74% have a job
within six months of graduating.

GMI will introduce you to your mentor via email and your
mentor will arrange for the first meeting.
Mentorship meetings are conducted through video calls.
Your mentor will send you an invite for each mentoring
session.
