All stroke patients with motor deficits in outpatient clinic
In-clinic assessment &
physiotherapy
Inclusion criteria :
- Difficulties/ reluctance in attending physiotherapy in person
- Age below 80
- Cognitively intact (Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire <=2 errors)
- No expressive or receptive aphasia
- Adequate visual and audio capacities (with or without aids)
- Follow 3-step command
- Functional Independence Measure (FIM) Level 3 or above
- Basic digital literacy
- Meet prerequisites
- Sign consent form
Telerehabilitation user
training for patients and
caregivers
Back to in-clinic therapy:
- Patient refuses to continue
- Environmental/ personal
barriers to complete
teletherapy
- Therapist identifies valid
concerns for patient to use
