the axilla of the sound side posteriorly, carry it across the back to the shoulder of the injured side,
down the front of the arm and under the arm just above the elbow, returning to the point of origin;
repeat this turn, hut, on reaching the axilla the second time, cross the back and pass around the
chest, including the arm; keep on with these turns,
