IFC Performance Assessment This assessment includes material from officer manuals, awards criteria, examples from multiple campuses, and fraternity experts. A high-performing, “Aplus,” IFC would be able to check off each of the items that were identified. Read each item and check “yes, “no,” or “I don’t know.” In order to check “yes,” the item should be a routine activity. If you did it once two years ago, it doesn’t count. Remember, this is rating current performance based on previous leadership - it is not a reflection of your leadership - so be brutally honest in your assessment. Chapter Services Y N ?
