CERSAI 2.0 ACCESS MANAGEMENT
Access management section mainly comprises of two section, as follows

Login

Role Based Access

The functionalities available on the CERSAI 2.0 portal will be accessible in two modes – Pre-login and Post-login
Pre Login
Following functionalities are accessible to the user before log-in into the CERSAI 2.0 portal.
1. Entity Registration – Secure Creditor, Other Creditor
2. Public Search- Asset Based Search, Debtor Based Search, AOR Based Search
3. Tenders
4. Circulars
5. Fee Structure
6. Policies
7. FAQs

Post Login
Functionalities is accessible to the user as per the role assigned to the logged in user. Following few listed
functionalities are accessible to the user (Entity User) after log-in into the CERSAI 2.0 Portal:
1. User Management - Creation, Amendment, Reset Password, Change Password, DS Delinking, Get Entity
PUA, Add Secret Question, Amend Secret Question
2. Security Interest - Registration, Rectification Modification, Satisfaction
3. Asset Reconstruction - Registration, Rectification, Satisfaction
4. Assignment of Receivables - Registration, Rectification, Satisfaction
5. Reports - Online Reports, Acknowledgement Reports, MIS Reports, RMS Reports
6. Dashboard
7. Entity Management - Amendment, Merger
8. My Worklist – User Drafted Transactions, System Drafted Transactions, Government Approved
Transactions, CERSAI approved Transactions, Rejected Transactions
Login Steps
Click on Login button on top right-hand side, a window will pop-up where user will enter credential.
After plugging Digital Signature Class III, user will enter valid credential, captcha and click on Login
button.

Post Login Screen
User have access to the user worklist queue by using My Worklist option
My Worklist
Security Interest – There are two roles in Security Interest: With Rectification (Rectification), Without
Rectification (Registration, Modification, Satisfaction)
Below is the screen where user is having both the SI Roles (With Rectification & Without Rectification)

Asset Reconstruction - There are two roles in Asset Reconstruction: With Rectification (Rectification), Without
Rectification (Registration, Satisfaction)

2. Role Based Access
Access to the post-login functionalities will be based on the role(s) of the user. Roles will be assigned to the user
based on their type.
Following user types will be available in the CERSAI 2.0 portal:

Secured Creditor users

Other Creditor users

Revenue Authority users

General Public users
Secured Creditor users
Click on Login button on top right-hand side, a window will pop-up where user will enter credential, click on Login
button. After plugging Digital Signature Class III, Secured Creditor (SC) user will enter valid credential,
captcha and click on Login button.
User have access to the user worklist queue by using My Worklist option
