The ER diagram for the College Management System is a
foundational blueprint that effectively represents the key
entities and their relationships within the system. It also gives
a better understanding of the information to be stored in a
database, reduces complexity and saves time which allows us
to build database quickly.
Entities Identified: Students, Courses, Faculty, Attendance,
and Internal Marks each with clearly defined attributes that
encapsulate their roles and functionalities.
CONCLUSION
•Relationships Established: The diagram illustrates how
entities interact, such as students enrolling in courses, faculty
assigning courses, and faculty maintaining attendance.
•Efficiency and Clarity: By visualizing the structure of the
system, the ER diagram aids in understanding data flow and
ensures that the design aligns with the college's operational
